Strand Development Company's internal hospitality management audit department is focused on ensuring that proper accountability is maintained. Strict procedures are put in place to ensure the hotels are in compliance. Strand focuses on the reliability and integrity of the day to day activities at the hotels.
A hotel auditor will visit each hotel at least twice a year with special visits as requested by owners or regional managers. The auditor will perform a courtesy audit within 30 days at hotels that have experienced a change of General Managers.
