Paul brings to Strand Development Company a variety of experience in the Hospitality Industry. His first foray into the hotel business was with Hyatt Hotels in various management positions in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Cambridge, Massachusetts, Orlando, Florida and Memphis, Tennessee. Paul moved to JP hotels, an owner operator of upscale Marriott and Holiday Inn Resorts and Hotels. Gryniewski worked in Richmond, Virginia, Clearwater, Florida, North Miami and downtown Miami, Florida, in both Corporate and Resort properties as General Manager.

In 1985 Paul was hired by Sands Resorts in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to manage an upscale oceanfront condominium Resort. In over twenty years with Sands Resorts, Paul managed the Sands Beach Club, Ocean Forest Villa Resort, Ocean Dunes and Sand Dunes Resort and Conference Center. As Vice-President of Operations and General Manager he was involved in all aspects of the Company operations.

Paul, a US Navy veteran, is married with two children.
