Jay Keller : Director of Operations

Jay is a 20+ year veteran of the hospitality industry. He is the Director of Operations for Strand Development Company after serving a year as Regional Director of Operations, Western Region. Jay’s background includes being a Regional Manager for Brilyn Hotels as well as a District Manager with Prime Hospitality. He has experience with most major national brands including Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, Radisson, Holiday Inns, Choice, AmeriSuites and Cendant branded hotels. Jay’s career started in the food and beverage side of the business as an Executive Chef and has held several general manager positions including managing a 403 room Sheraton Hotel. He has a Business degree from Green Community College and is C.H.A. certified by the American Hotel Institute. Jay is married and has four children.
