Jason Buchanan : Regional Director of Operations
Jason Buchanan joins the Strand Development Company team as Regional Director of Operations of the Greenville/Atlanta market. This area includes the Wingate Inn Greenville SC, Hampton Inn Travelers Rest SC, Hampton Inn Helen GA and Hampton Inn Charlotte/Belmont, NC.
A native of East Tennessee, Jason graduated from Appalachian State University with a BSBA in Hospitality and tourism Management. Jason’s career has included positions as a Bellman, Guest Service Manager, Director of Sales, Food and Beverage Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager. Jason joined Hilton Hotels Corporation in 2002 as a General Manager of the Hampton Inn in Greenville, SC. Most recently, Jason held the position of Quality Assurance Consultant for Hilton Hotels Corporation responsible for the cleanliness and condition of more than 80 Hampton Inn’s in the Southeast United States.
