Through this partnership, we are able to offer our associates the benefit of a large human resources department. These companies provide Strand with assistance with everything from personnel file set-up to benefit administration.

We have also recognized the importance of teaming up with experts in the various fields encompassing the human resource profession. We have teamed up with PayChex, the largest 401(k) provider in the country, to provide and administer our 401(k) plan, and we have engaged a human resource professional with over thirty years of experience to conduct climate surveys at each of our properties. We try to be proactive in every aspect of this area to maximize the experience of our hospitality associates, while limiting the liability of our ownership groups.
